This is a two family home with two separate apartments available for by room. In the first floor apartment, $1,200/month you will be accompanied by one other female who is studying in a nearby university. We will share one bathroom and you have access to a washer and dryer , backyard, and its pet friendly! In the 2nd floor, $1,000/month we have four rooms available. there is one bathroom in the second floor and for now no washer and dryer. We are looking to install a washer and dryer in September or August utilities are included in the 2nd Floor. These two units int he same house have great access to the path in Harrison, NJIT , Rutgers Newark, university hospital, Saint Michaels, Newark beth israel hospital, and multiple prime highways.

For now, the first floor apartment is occupied by just one other female in her mid 20s, who is studying for her masters in a nearby university she’s very respectful in the 2nd Floor. There are no tenants yet. We are looking to welcome females to the 2nd Floor rooms
