About the roomies

No one else lives at property. smoking on patios only never in house. I live on the first floor. The first-floor kitchen, breakfast area, dining room are SHARED AREAS. I have a cat (he is old) so please keep your room doors closed. I take great care with all of my own house maintenance, filter changes in attic every 3 months etc.

I hire contractors as necessary and would give (TEXT OR VERBAL) advanced notice of anyone else being in the house. Privacy, courtesy and kindness are extremely important. No overnight guests without advanced notice and payment (fee of $50. advanced payment to PayPal app.) Guests, unannounced are limited to visit on patios or in dining room but nowhere else in home

Meet with you away from property, lunch or dinner, at La Maria Mexican Restaurant Cypress Texas.
Meet your pet ON PROPERTY when you come to make your review of rental.
