About the room
The room has new carpeting and paint + a ceiling fan and nice mini blinds. The room is approximately 12x14 with a 5 1/2 sq. foot closet (43x43). There is an additional closet in the hallway that can be used to supplement if needed. There is an attached private full bathroom. There is a currently a queen size bed in the room, but it can be moved out.
There is an application. Consists of checking rental history, criminal background (no felonies) and employment or verification of income. Not hard to pass, just basic checks on these items.
Located in a beautiful quiet and safe neighborhood in Cat Hollow with quick access to shopping, I-45, I-35 highways and Mopac. HEB & LA Fitness/Restaurants within a short distance.
