About the room
My house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Canyon country. I’m close to the Canyon country campus of college of the canyons, Edwards Canyon country movie theater, grocery stores, gas stations, banks, and everything you could want. You’ll have full access to the house, including the kitchen and the garage, where you can use the washer and dryer. You’ll be able to park in the driveway, or on the street if you prefer. The room contains a queen size bed, chest of drawers, night table, computer table and desk chair. There are two brand new rugs, and new drapes, which are not shown in the photos. The private bathroom has a skylight that keeps the room bright and cheerful all day long. I have a nice backyard with a view of giant trees, as well as a lovely patio.
About the roomies
I’m a senior, and I’m very easy to get along with. I’m clean and tidy, and hope whoever I find is like that too. I live with my five year-old Australian Shepherd dog, so you must love dogs and not just tolerate them. I’d love to have a college student move in because I think it would be perfect for her.
