About the room
Single bedroom downstairs with a large walk-in closet. You may have the room furnished or unfurnished, your preference. The room holds a queen size bed, 2 night stands and a dresser and desk. Bathroom and laundry room next to the bedroom. Parking available on the driveway. Wifi and utilities are included. Cleaning to be determined between renter and owner. Looking for a single roommate. No couples, no children.
About the roomies
I live alone with my doddle. I am a teacher. My children who are away in college visit during holidays. The house is very spacious, has a beautiful yard, with outdoor kitchen and bbq, large kitchen and family room. Outdoor covered area has plenty of seating and fireplace. Very spacious and very clean. If you are going through a transition period I am happy to discuss length of rental.
