Hey! I am looking for a new roommate for September but I am flexible with the move in date. The apartment is located in Southie a 10 minute walk to the redline and right off of West Broadway by the 9 bus. It is a mile to the Seaport and 1.5 miles to the South End. I also have a parking spot in a covered garage, that could fit a smaller SUV/seden. Rent is $2,000 per month + utilities ($100-200 a month). House is a 2 bed/2 bath with a fenced in backyard and porch.
About the roomies
