The room is of good size and you can customize ;as you like, it is furnished as well as the common areas. I am a clean friendly and accommodating person, who is open minded to new Ideas. I am looking for someone who has similar qualities. All utilities and bills are included,, there is w/d in the home. I do have 2 cats but they are to themselves.. There is no deposit required but will need at least a 3 month commitment, after that month/month is ok.
