I’m looking for a roommate to co-lease my apartment! The apartment is a 2 bed / 2 bath unit (you would have your own bedroom and private ensuite bathroom) located about 7 minutes from UNCG. Base rent is $759 and all bills are included except electricity, which is usually $20 to $50 per month per person. No pets or smoking are allowed. The apartment has central heat and AC, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, an in-unit washer and dryer, and high speed internet. The apartment is safe and clean, and the management is responsive and friendly.

I’m the only other roommate. I’m a 24 year old female. I’m pretty introverted but don’t mind having guests over regularly. I try to keep the apartment tidy but don’t have a strict cleaning routine. I’m a grad student and I’m usually on campus from 9-3 during the week.
