Room for Rent in Spacious Townhome – Private Bed/Bath + Garage Parking

I’m looking for a respectful, considerate roommate to share my townhome. The home features dual master bedrooms, so you’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom. There is also garage parking available for one vehicle, and the downstairs living space is fully furnished.

Located in the La Costa area, it is walking distance to grocery stores such as target/walmart and <5 min driving to sprouts/trader joes/vons. It is located 6 miles from the beach.

A little about me: I’m a working professional who enjoys cooking, staying active, and keeping a clean, comfortable home. I value open communication, mutual respect, and maintaining a peaceful living environment.

I’m looking for a roommate who: • Is clean and picks up after themselves • Is considerate of shared spaces • Communicates openly and respectfully • Is financially responsible • Generally enjoys a quieter home environment and is comfortable with independence

While I appreciate a friendly relationship with my roommate, I’m not necessarily looking for a built-in best friend. I think the best roommate situations come from mutual respect, healthy boundaries, and clear communication.

I do occasionally have friends or guests over and may host a small get-together from time to time, though it’s not a frequent occurrence. I will always communicate in advance out of courtesy and would appreciate the same from my roommate.
