Furnished room with full size bed. Room size is approx. 10 1/2 foot by 11 1/2 foot with a walk in closet and small additional attic storage area. Located in a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac. Fast fiber WiFi Internet for streaming, zoom calls, gaming etc. Utilities are included. Semi-private bathroom, will be shared with 1 roommate. Must be OK with bi-monthly professional cleanings, the entire house is professionally cleaned/sanitized. We are a family of 5 with 2 children, there will be some noise during the day outside of school hours, daytime and evenings are quiet. The kitchen area is a busy place but very large. Semi-private refrigerator in the garage will be shared with 1 roommate.

Safe neighborhood, filled with professional working families from various backgrounds. Great location, five minutes from Highway 26 and 10 minutes from Highway 85. Fifteen minutes from downtown Spartanburg and twenty minutes to Greenville. Close to YMCA, Target, Lidl, Ingles, Costco, Sams Club. Community pool in the neighborhood and close walking access to the paved Wadsworth Trail.

We are a family of five, with one senior and two children. We have one pet cat. I try to run a clean and organized household. I cook almost every night for my family and we all mostly keep to ourselves. I do enjoy gaming and you will most likely find me at my computer if I am not in the kitchen. We have a large private yard that backs up to open space and its been wonderful enjoying the fireflies floating out of the forest in the evenings.
