4 bedroom house; I am the owner, Currently have one roommate who has one of the rooms and she shares it with her baby boy…you would have a choice of one of the other rooms that are available…You will have access to the kitchen/ WiFi/ garage/ front & back yard…Must clean up after yourself..I have one small dog..if you have your own dog, i will consider them as long as they get along with my dog..No cats sorry! Right now living room is empty & if u have ur own furniture your more then welcome to fill the space with it..

Rent/Utilities are split evenly…

Utilities included in Rental price are as follows:

Comcast Internet, Gas, Water, Electricity, yard service & pest control..

I don’t have cable, I have Netflix/Hulu and that’s how i watch tv..ur more then welcome to get cable if u so wish, but that would be out of your own pocket.

Live in Hanford off of Hume, MLK elementary is 2 min drive from my house.

Rent is due by the 5th of every month..late fee is $50 after the 5th

You respect me & my home & my stuff, I will respect you & your belongings…My home is your home..As long as you respect it..

You will get one key to the house..I am Not your mom or babysitter, I will not be after you for things being done & i don’t mind you having hangouts/parties or having people over in general..just let me know In advance that way i know visitors will be in the home, as long as they don’t cause any trouble then i will be okay with that..

Communication is key to me, so i feel like as long as we communicate our wants/ needs then we will work as roommates.

I’m 34 year old Female, i have no kids, just one dog..Overall I’m a homebody but i do like going out at times..i have two jobs so i leave the house by 7am and some evenings I will work a second job and I won’t be home till 8pm maybe later at times..

I do have a roommate currently she is young 21 year old, she has a one year old son & her girlfriend stays over a few nights of the week. Very cool & chill girl, sticks to her room, baby is a baby so some crying going on lol!!

But overall it’s pretty quiet home & my dog loves being cuddled so anytime she can get some stomach rubs she will take it lol!!
