As the cost of everything goes up and up, we are all struggling. By doing this I’m taking a chance here to help myself and another person navigate these difficult financial times. I’m offering 2 rooms at this rent, one normal full size bedroom and a “kids bedroom”/personal media room/private living room/your space to do you. Basic respect/quiet and chill is a must. I’m on a culdesac off of a culdesac…..this place is silent at night. The house is a 3 bedroom and you get 2 of them.
I live alone. Occasionally a friend will stop by to have a cigar on the deck or in the winter months in the garage which is strictly off limits to any tenants….. that’s my safe space as it were. I basically get up at 6am, go to work, come home at 4pm, watch YouTube and nurse beers till I go to. Bed at 9:30 +/-. My life is simple and neat and I desire to keep it that way.
