Spacious Loft suite is a spacious home in a well-established neighborhood with a large kitchen and living spaces downstairs on a large lot. Close to good schools near Blue Springs State Park. Orlando and attractions are less than an hour away. Daytona and the beaches are less than 35 minutes away. Stetson University is less than 10 mins away. Multiple parks are within walking distance.

I am a retired 62-year-old USAF veteran, currently single and also occupy the home. I’m laid back, and the home is well-kept. At the time, there are no other residents, and I am looking for a mature individual or a couple to occupy this space. The house is situated on a large lot with an amazing sunset view every evening. Parking is assigned with plenty of room with two driveways that can provide ample spaces.
