About the room

i live in a renovated 2/2, the room i’m renting has its own bathroom in the room, walk in shower walk in closet and fan on the ceiling. access to laundry, wifi, balcony, full kitchen use. $1000/month (wifi included not utilites but even so, it’s not that much .. would range around 70 to 80 in total depending on the use for two people).

the girl still has her stuff in the room so that’s why the photos are from the website, but if scheduled we can do a facetime tour & then go from there!

About the roomies

i work full time so i am only home after work and weekends. i do have a senior cat who is declawed and very affectionate. its only me since the girl i lived with moving out
