Master bedroom available starting July 1st. I can allow split payment for rent as well but that would be discussed privately. You would be on the lease, and have to go through the process of that before moving in but it’s pretty simple. Location is in east ridge, 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from gunbarrel.

You would have the master bedroom with a walk in closet and private sink area. Bathroom is shared. The apartment is pretty much fully furnished so it is just the master bedroom that will be unfurnished. The complex has plenty of parking for residents and guests, a playground, pool, gym, laundry on site, and management has been great the whole time I have been here.

I’m 26, a graduate student, I also work, and do volunteer work with the community so I stay pretty busy and tend to keep to myself. I’m very laid back, and okay with my roommate having people over whenever as long as we are respectful of each other. I do have cats, so no other pets are allowed but they are well behaved, friendly, and tend to always be wherever I am. I used to clean commercially and residentially so I’m very clean and just ask for the same respect in return. LGBTQ+ friendly and open to a roommate of any gender.
