This is a comfortable, nice-sized, furnished, private room with its own bathroom. The townhome offers a peaceful setting with a lake view, plus access to a relaxing lanai. The renter will have an outside parking spot, laundry access, and shared use of the kitchen and first-floor common areas. Utilities include water and internet.

The house is comfortable and welcoming, though it is still a work in progress. I still have a lot of painting to finish, along with cosmetic updates such as the dining room table, but the home is clean, livable, and has a calm, relaxed feel. Please note that roommate access is limited to the first floor.

This would be a great fit for someone responsible, respectful, and clean who values privacy, convenience, and a peaceful home environment. Cleanliness is a must. I also have a strict no-shoes-in-the-house policy, so the renter must adhere to that.

The area is convenient to shopping, dining, major roads, and nearby Orlando-area amenities while still offering a more relaxed residential feel.

I’m ideally looking for someone for July, but it could be sooner. I’m posting now, but I still need to find a lease and figure out the full terms.

I’m a quiet person who values a peaceful and a clean living environment. I respect other people’s privacy and personal space, and I expect the same in return. I do not have a lot of visitors or host gatherings, on occasion, my mother will stay over. My home stays calm and low-key, I do listen to my music turned up sometimes, but I would make sure it’s ok if you’re home. Yes, I’m very much an introvert.

I’m working on turning the tiny yard into a survival garden, but I’m very much in the beginning stages.

I don’t smoke anything, do any drugs, nor do I drink. I’m looking for a roommate who is responsible, considerate, clean, and comfortable living in a relaxed home.

House Rules:

• No smoking, vaping, or strong/unpleasant odors inside the home.
• No intoxication on the property.
• No outside shoes inside the house at any time.
• No pets.
• No sexual activity on the property.
• Keep all shared spaces clean and free of mess.
• Help maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and disinfecting of shared areas.
• Respect the home, property, furnishings.
• Female tenants preferred.

Lease Terms:

• Rent is due on the first day of each month.
• Tenant must provide at least 30 days’ written notice before moving out.
• Tenant must be legally authorized to reside in the United States.
• Background check is required.
• Applicant must not have a criminal record.
