The dressing room and bathroom have beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The large bedroom has two additional double door closets and a large sliding glass door opening to an expansive, quiet garden perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, yoga, and meditation. The bedroom is equipped with a large dresser, queen sized four-poster bed, a flat screen television, and small side tables. Rent includes laundry privileges and access to shared living areas, including spacious living and dining rooms, and well-equipped kitchen with professional Viking range. Internet is included in the rent. Roommate will pay 20% share of household electric, water, and gas costs. A well-behaved, quiet, indoor pet will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The primary resident is currently the homeowner, a woman in her 70s who works from home. She is originally from Japan although California has been her home for many decades. Her adult daughter and son-in-law live locally and spend some weekends at the house.
