The room is located in the basement and comes with your own private full bathroom. The basement also has a living area, storage room, and laundry room that are shared, but your bedroom and bathroom are completely private. The main floor has a large kitchen with plenty of storage, garage access, a half bath, and a furnished living room that everyone shares. The other two bedrooms and bathrooms are on the third floor, which gives everyone a good amount of space and privacy. We also have a nice front porch and plenty of parking. A little about us: we’re two working professionals in our 20s , one female and one male. We’re both pretty laid-back, friendly, and respectful of shared spaces which we like to keep clean, but we mostly keep to ourselves and do our own thing! This is my second year in the home and I absolutely love it!!!! If we think you’d be a good fit after chatting and meeting, you’ll need to complete an application through our rental company, which includes a credit and background check as part of the approval process.
