About the room

Location is in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of local walking trails and parks. 15 mins drive to boulder and 30 mins drive to Denver. The town also has a main street with restaurants. Townhouse is furnished. Shared bath in the hallway, but would be mostly your bathroom, as I have my own bathroom to shower. Patio with tables, chairs and grill out back. Community pool available in summer. Looking for 3-6 month lease with potential to extend based on compatibility.

About the roomies

One female roommate (age 30s), nurse. One medium sized friendly dog. Unfortunately no other animals are allowed per landlord. I am away two days a week and work remote from home two days per week. Generally in bed by 1030 and up early for work, so looking for someone with compatible sleep schedule. Open to mingling or keeping to myself. I enjoy hiking and being active outdoors, usually with my furry companion:) Generally clean/tidy person and looking for the same.
