The space is separated from the upstairs living area and sits on the Hopkins/Minnetonka side of the west metro. Kitchenette includes stove, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer.
Rent is $1,650/month. Security deposit is $1,650. Available June 15. 12-month stay preferred. Dogs and cats are okay. No smoking and no parties.
Standard screening includes background check, income verification, rental history check, and renters insurance. When replying, please include move-in timing, number of occupants, and pets if any.
