Renting master bedroom with own Bathroom. Double sink walk in shower. 3 level unit. Both masters on Top floor. Washer dryer on 3rd floor with bedrooms. Great Townhome community with a pool, jacuzzi, bque area. Shadowhawk Townhomes by Blackhawk Safeway… great restaurants across the street.
We all understand that the economy has taken a toll on us. But love our solution of having 3 people live here to make rent affordable for all! Yet, still get a year round open pool and a jacuzzi, pet friendly home.
A couple is welcome but $2000 a month and share water bill.

Other master bedroom is rented out to 60 yr old male! Very clean and loves to cook. Works 40 hours a week.
I realized I am a couch sleeper by nature! I never really make it to a bed! So I sleep on couch and rent out the rooms. Rest assured: all is back to looking like a living room immediately in morning! I am 60 yr old female, fun, work 40 hours, have a super friendly huskie and indoor/outdoor kittie. Love to hike and golf. I have 2 grown daughters 27 and 25.
