Spacious, very clean creative home in a quiet neighborhood near Burbank. The house has an artistic, relaxed, inclusive, and respectful vibe, with plenty of space to feel comfortable and at home.

The property is a two story home with three bathrooms, two living rooms, a large beautiful kitchen with a dishwasher, laundry inside the home with a washer and dryer, plenty of parking, and a serene backyard. There is also a projector screen and sound systems, making it a great space to enjoy movies, music, or host occasionally while still keeping the home peaceful and respectful.

The available room is private, and the bathroom setup is shared with another roommate. The bathroom has a double sink, which makes the shared setup more comfortable. Utilities are separate and not included in rent.

There are two beautiful cats in the household, a Maine Coon and a Sphynx, so ideally looking for someone who is comfortable around cats.

The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away, with nearby horse ranches, stables, goats, and a more open, peaceful feeling while still being connected to the city.

The household is currently me, Giorg, and Brian.

I’m a product designer and musician, and I’m pretty easygoing, creative, respectful, and mindful of keeping the home clean, calm, and comfortable. I enjoy having a home that feels peaceful day to day, but still warm, artistic, and welcoming.

Brian is a friendly, respectful guy who works in the medical lab technician field. He mostly keeps to himself, has a calm presence, and is very easy to live with. He is the kind of roommate you hardly notice is there, in the best way.
