My current lease ends June 30th, and I’m looking for two girls to move in June 30/July 1st for a year-long lease. It is a 3bedroom/3bathroom townhome less than a mile drive and walkable to the school (15 min walk) Each girl will have their own bedroom and bathroom on the third floor. -The master bedroom is $1200 -The other room is $1145 -Deposit required -Utilities: $70-100 each (SDGE,WIFI,trash) -possible co-signer recommended -credit score/background check
