About the room
Spacious kitchen and dining area. We have one dog and two cats, so must be acceptable of pets. The unit sits on a single story apart of a 4-unit building. Nice lawn with no close neighbors from other buildings. Community pool is available to all along with a community laundromat (we do have a washer and dryer).
Wifi and electric is also divided amongst the 3 of us. If you have anymore questions then feel free to ask whatever.
The photos posted are not of the apartment exactly. They do have a very similar layout with carpet flooring in the living room and bedrooms and laminate in the common areas.
About the roomies
We’re all in the National Guard/Reserves with our one roommate deploying, so we need someone to take his room. You’ll be joining a male and female apartment with a bathroom that will be shared between two of us (the third bedroom has its own bathroom). We do keep the apartment clean and expect others to clean up after themselves.
