Upstairs bedroom with ample closet space & a private bathroom. Rest of the house is spacious including a finished basement, large outdoor deck & in-house laundry machines. Also included is one of the two car garage spaces. The surrounding area has plenty of outdoor parks to enjoy nature, plenty of great places to eat, & not far from downtown suburbs.

About the roomies

I’m laid back, easy to get along with & won’t shy away from conversation. A few of my friends come by to hang out on occasion, but not often. Bit of a homebody so I’ll be here a lot, but when I’m not I like to play sports with friends, snowboard, & spend time with family. I’m open to cats/dogs/pets if you have them, none here as of now.
