Very spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with an office (setup as a guest room in the photos) in a duplex off campus! Heat and hot water is included in the rent and the property has a driveway for parking, unfinished basement with a small home gym and washer and dryer in unit, plenty of room for storage, and a backyard with a fire pit out back. I’ve lived here for going on 5 years now and the landlord is incredibly responsive and maintains the house very well. The bedroom that is available (room with the pink bedsheets in the photos) has a huge closet and lots of natural lighting. The HV rail trail is also in walking distance!
