Hi everyone! I’m looking for a younger female tenant to take over my room in a 4-bedroom, 3-bath house in Rancho Peñasquitos (92129) starting June 17/18. Last 2 weeks of June free!!

My name is Marielle, and I’m a 21-year-old 4th year psych student at UCSD graduating this year, so I’ll sadly be moving out and hoping to find someone great to take my spot.

Lease setup: The ideal situation is that the new tenant would sublease for end of June/July to finish out my current lease, then sign a new 1-year lease starting in August.

The room: • Large private bedroom • Shared bathroom w/ 1 other woman • Big window / great natural light • All furniture up for grabs

House details: • Large 2,700 sq ft house • Quiet family neighborhood • Fully furnished common spaces • Spacious kitchen • Multiple living spaces • Sunroom(The best room in the house) • Loft/art room/office space • Sunny Backyard • Shared laundry in garage • Shared fridge space • Storage space • Plenty of street parking + shared driveway parking • AC, heat, and wood-burning fireplaces • Small bar area • Great entertaining space!

Location: The house is in a really convenient central area: • ~20 min to UCSD • ~ 20 minto SDSU • ~ 20 min to USD • ~ 20 min to CSU San Marcos

There’s also a Vons, Starbucks, boba, Planet Fitness, etc. within walking distance.

Important logistics: • You really need a car for this house. The nearest bus stop is about a 20+ minute walk, so it’s not a good fit for someone who relies on public transportation. • Females only • No pets other than possibly fish/reptiles • Overnight guests are fine occasionally

Cost: • $1,150 for July • $1,200/month starting in August • $1,050 deposit • Utilities usually run about $100–$200/month

About Us! There are 4 women total in the house. We’re all in our early to late 20s, queer/LGBTQ-friendly, clean, communicative, and into a cozy, creative home vibe. We love vintage decor, low-key hangouts, and we’d love to find someone respectful and like-minded.

Cleanliness is a big deal in this house. We currently have a chore chart, though that may shift a bit depending on the new tenants (3 of us are moving out at different times over the summer)
