Hello, we are looking to fill some rooms in our house located in North Natomas. The house is a 4 bedroom/2 bath but the master bedroom with bath inside is already taken. There are two available rooms that are move-in ready listed at $670, and a slightly bigger room that is currently occupied but will be available in July listing at $685.

The bathroom is shared and utilities are split between the tenants. Living room, kitchen, and backyard are all shared spaces. Refrigerator, microwave, and gas stove are included shared household items. Parking in garage and driveway is available, but no overnight parking in street due to HOA regulations.

The neighborhood boasts several parks good for daily exercise or walking dogs. There are also lots of stores and drinks/eatery establishments in close driving distance such as Raley’s, Michael’s, Olive Garden, Rose Tea Lounge, etc.

3 months worth of rent for regular security deposit is required upon move in, but no pet rent or additional pet deposit will be collected for pets.

We are LGBTQ+ and pet friendly. Currently there is an Australian Shepherd and two small cats residing in the house. There are three current residents, two females and one male. One couple resides in the master bedroom. The girl works in the medical field and her partner works in an auto shop. Another roommate works from home. We value communication and have a set chore task and schedule for organization to avoid any kind of conflict or tension.
