Large room & private bath in Charming, Sun-lit Condo with Mountain Views. Directly across from trails, deer, hawks. 15 min walk to downtown cafes. 17 min drive to Denver Tech Center.

It is a beautiful, eco-conscious and mindful home. Plants. Natural light. Mountain views from almost every window. Clean. Bright. Clutter Free. A sweet emotional support kitty named Freya.

You’d have: your own large room (w/ queen bed), walk-in closet & a private bath. Blackout shades in your bedroom. Fancy shower filter in your bathroom for extra soft skin. Shared spaces: kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and living room.

Amenities: Washer/dryer in home, wood fireplace, porch with swing for two, air purifiers, on-site parking for you and your guests, large tv with Netflix, recycling & a little storage.

Bedroom is furnished, but I can remove it if you have your own. Reptile pets are ok, but no cats or dogs. My last roommate lived here 3 yrs and is moving to Golden to be closer to their work - she says she felt at home right away.

Me: I have a quiet, healthy lifestyle. I’m in my early 40s and am a child therapist. In the past, some roommates were private, while others became friends. I’m happy with either. ❤️

YOU: You’d be a great fit if you are not a murderer. Also great if you’d enjoy a sweet kitty shadowing you. Good communicator. Not a cigarette smoker, (420 is ok on the balcony). Do not have wild parties with lots of recreational drugs, and would enjoy all the nature here, as well as the care I’ve taken to make it a mindful refuge.
