Hello my spouse and I are looking to rent out a spare bedroom we have available on the 2nd floor of our house. The room is unfurnished with a private bathroom. Looking for male or female. No couples or kids.

Room is available for anybody in need for a short period of time or longer, depending on situation.

All utilities included with Wi-Fi. Roomie will be responsible for all personal cleaning supplies, food and laundry. We have off street parking for convenience.

My spouse and I and son of 13 yrs old. We also have 1 male cat. We both work during the day so we would prefer someone who is quiet.
