Bedroom and private bathroom for rent to quiet single woman. Off street parking. Located in Sun City (Georgetown). Monthly rent situation to begin with. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom house in pretty neighborhood with lakes, trails, tennis courts, parks, golf courses. Need to rent ASAP. Prefer friendly woman 35 - 60. I’m 55 and live alone. I like to cook, but spend most of my time in my room. Technically saavy a plus, as I get stuck with technology sometimes, and it recently killed my business - and put me into a “need to rent ASAP” situation!

I’m 55, have never had a roommate before, other than long term girlfriends a long time ago (if that counts). I’m kind and semi-outgoing, have old friends, but rarely have company. I might have a friend over once a week for a couple of hours but that’s about it. Usually I will meet friends out or at their places in Austin. I clean up after myself. I’m polite and helpful where I can be. I had thought about renting out a room a few months after my mother passed two years ago (as an only child, I came hear to take care of her once she developed advanced dementia). I was lonely living by myself and still am. I would prefer to find someone I “click with”, maybe occasionally share some cooking or conversation with, but overall, your privacy would be completely respected!
