The room is in a 3bed/3bath townhouse close to FAMU,FSU, and TCC. There is a Walmart and Publix less than ten minutes away. The unit has one bedroom downstairs-this would be your room and two bedrooms upstairs. The room has a queen size bed, chester drawer, desk, chair, side table, lamp, tv and spacious closet. The room has a full three piece private bathroom. The bedroom and bath are both spacious. You will have to share the common areas: fully furnished living room, kitchen/dining area, and washer/dryer.

A full-time female room mate resides in one of the rooms upstairs. She is a doctoral student at FSU, quiet, considerate, use to sharing the space. The other room upstairs is occupied on a part-time basis-some weekends, special events by owners (myself-retired educator and Rattler, husband-health care/pastor and Wildcat, son and daughter, both Rattlers. We all live outside of the city, but when we are in town, we stay here).
