The room already has a brand new flat screen TV on the wall. Spacious room with clean carpet and a walk in closet. Has been empty since I’ve been here over a year. There are kids in the neighborhood who play outside since school is out and you may hear them at times. We have a pool. 24 hour GYM and a park with lots of greenery and swings etc. Closet will be cleaned out before your arrival.

I’m a REALTOR and I’m hardly ever home. There will be my kid is who is 13 and does everything on their own including cleaning and they are either outside now that school is out or in their room on the phone. Not a bother. We stay to ourselves and love a clean house and want someone who will treat it the same.
