The room has a west facing large window and gets lots of light and is unfurnished. Home is brand new condition, built in May of 2018. Wifi, electricity, water, and trash are all included in the rent. Private hot tub in the back yard for use. Access to an open professional kitchen, outdoor kitchen with grill, great for someone who loves to cook, access to an expansive open common space, and access to a shared laundry room. House is shared with 3 other adults (2 working professionals 1 of which works long and late hours) and one dog. No other pets at this time. Plenty of off street parking available for one vehicle. No couples or children, please. Home overlooks and has access to an 18 course golf course and access to a club house, pool, and gym. We look forward to welcoming a new addition to the house.
