Welcome to a beautiful pool home in Rancho Santa Margarita! The property sits on an oversized 6,000 sq ft lot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It is peaceful, private, and wonderfully spacious. The house features 4 bedrooms upstairs and a converted garage/studio, freshly painted walls, and tile and vinyl flooring throughout the ground floor, with upgraded wood vinyl on the stairs and hallway, and cozy carpet in the guest rooms. Outside, you’ll have access to a gorgeous private pool and an above-ground spa which is perfect for unwinding. The studio itself is a private space with its own PRIVATE ENTRANCE and a beautiful full bathroom, available June 15. You’ll also have access to the washer and dryer. Parking is available on the street and in the driveway (when free). A heads up: this is a completely smoke-free and vape-free home. We ask for a minimum 6-month commitment. We’re looking for someone who wants to settle in and feel at home.

I’m the homeowner, and I share this home with my 21-year-old daughter, a friendly music teacher, a 21 yr old female student at UCI and our sweet, shy cat. We’re a relaxed, respectful bunch. The vibe here is calm and considerate, and we genuinely love keeping the space tidy and peaceful. We’re looking to welcome one more person into the mix, ideally a female student or working professional who appreciates a quiet, clean environment. The studio is for one person only, so we’re unfortunately not able to host couples or additional pets. Wherever your search takes you, I truly hope you find somewhere that feels like home.
