House is newly remodeled, furnished, and ready to move in. Simple house rules between roommates to ensure an easy, smooth, co-existence. No drugs, no parties, limited guests. Large back yard, quiet area, close to shopping and transit options. Great neighbors on a nice, quiet street. Extra storage space if you need it. Living room, dining area, large back covered patio (but mostly the roommates stay in their own rooms). There are two refrigerators so each roommate shares a fridge with one other person. Everyone shares pots, pans, plates, etc. and there are strict rules about cleaning after yourself, and especially keeping the kitchen and bathroom clean at all times.

The roomies are kind and everyone keeps to themselves - mostly stay in their rooms. There is some interaction, but for the most part people are just coming and going and living their own lives. Most interaction occurs in the kitchen.
