Short walk to everything in Waterbury Village. Home has a front porch and access to shared lawn with fire pit. The home is newish construction with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. The full bathroom upstairs has a double vanity (2 sinks, yay!) and bathtub. Half bath downstairs. You’ll have the primary bedroom (approx. 14x12’ with closet, 2 windows, and brook views). The bedrooms do not share walls. Large kitchen with lots of counter space and dishwasher. Perks include new flooring, new washer/dryer, freshly painted, and immaculately clean. Window unit A/C provided for your bedroom. Better photos coming in June or July once cosmetic renovations are complete! No strong fragrances (ex. Tide, Febreeze, certain candles).

I’m an active, professional woman in early 30s who’s lived in Waterbury for many years. I work a M-F office job. My interests include skiing, mountain biking, yoga, fine wine, and cooking. I enjoy a clean and laidback home to recharge between a variety of activities and commitments. I’m open to different roommate styles (shared meals and activities, or keeping to ourselves) so long as we’re grounded in good communication and sense of humor.
