I am looking to add someone to my lease. This is an adorable 3 bed 1.5 bath house tucked away in the Old Colorado City area. Your future room looks out to the backyard lush with trees and various plants. The room is small but there is plenty of storage space throughout the property. The 1.5 bath means the shower space will be shared. Utilities will be split evenly until we find an average. This is a fur baby friendly home. Friends are family are welcome to come over and hang out as long as they are respectful towards you, me, and the animals.

I’m a female in my early thirties working night shift at a local hospital. I have a female cat and 4yo female Belgian Malinois; she’s too smart for her own good but also the biggest goober, and plays well with others. I’m an introverted extrovert. I enjoy being social but really love my quiet time. Some of my friends and family come over but not all the time. I love to cook, read, watch movies, garden, and go on adventures; late night ice cream runs included.
