Technically in Mulberry but its off Shepherd so as soon as you leave the neighborhood you’re in Lakeland. Easy access to Publix, Aldis (my new favorite). Lakeland Linder Airport is about 15 minutes away, you can be on I-4 or the parkway in about 20 minutes. There’s a Chick-Fil-A or Uncle Nicks about 5 minutes away.

TLDR: two rooms, a private bathroom, and utilities included.

I work from home and have two dogs. I’m either programming or playing with my dogs (Sargent and Pepper). My dogs are very well trained and are human / dog / cat friendly. Ive got a rice cooker that sings twinkle twinkle little star when its done, I like to think that adds some flavor to it.

Born and raised in Lakeland. I’ve lived in Tampa and Orlando as well so I’m familiar with the area.

I like to play video games and watch tv. I try and play DnD with my friends once a week. I also go to Carter Road park or the Scrub to walk the dogs or do dog training.

The extra room is included because I have a four bedroom house and I only need one bedroom. The bedroom that shares a wall with mine is currently a storage room, your two rooms are across the hall so noise shouldn’t be an issue.

Current roommate is getting married and moving out sometime in June.
