Room in a 3BR house in Tempe, about a 10-minute walk to ASU and downtown Tempe, and 15 minutes to Tempe Town Lake. The room has a bed, couch, rocking chair, and bookshelves. Full kitchen and dining room with an espresso and tea station, washer/dryer in the house, parking, and two e-bikes with helmets you can use. All utilities included — electric, water, trash, and internet. Month-to-month, 3 weeks notice, $550 deposit. Available now through October, flexible on dates. I’m a grad student and practicing Christian, usually out playing soccer, tennis, volleyball, or hiking. I’ll be traveling a lot this summer so you’ll have the place mostly to yourself. I’m easygoing and just looking for someone responsible who’ll take care of the space. International students welcome. No smoking or drugs.
