About the room
I live in a house with a yard, in unit washer dryer and all common space is shared. I also have a dog and cat. Both are awesome! You get a semi-furnished private room, with a closet, and big window. The dog is not included in your room rent, but he does live here, and so does my cat. :) Both are awesome! Shared common space and backyard. Parking included. Rent includes all utilities, pge, and 10gig sonic fiber high-speed internet.
About the roomies
Hi, my name is Serge, bay area nativr, and I am a sales director by trade during the day, and working on many projects and side hustles in the evenings. I also keep fit and work out at 24hr fitness. I spend most of the time in my office working from home, gaming, producing music, djing, taking the dog on walks and to the park, and basically keep to myself. I can be very social too but respect your privacy. Looking for someone to move in and split the rent with me.
