I have a room available starting July 1st. The house unfurnished at the moment but I would love to split costs for a little bit of furniture and a deep freezer if you’d want to. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer although the freezer does have limited space. there’s a fenced backyard great for dogs and hanging out in. I’d need you to sign a lease.

I’m an 18 year old incoming student, I have a dog named Mercedes and she’s a medium/large breed dog. She can be a bit rough with smaller animals so ideally no small dogs or cats. I play a lot of video games so me and her mostly stay to my room outside of eating and such.
