We have a private bedroom and private bathroom in a spacious 3BR/3BA gated townhouse. If you are looking for a peaceful, secure, and distraction-free environment to focus entirely on your academics, clinicals, or research, this home is the perfect fit. The Room: A clean, fully furnished 10’ x 11’ bedroom featuring a twin bed, shelving, desk, chair, lamp, and a spacious walk-in closet. You will have your own dedicated, private bathroom. Shared Amenities: Full access to a fully equipped kitchen (no need to buy your own pots, pans, or dishes—you are welcome to use what we have). Access to furnished living and dining areas, plus an in-unit washer and dryer.
About the roomies
You will be sharing the home with a professional female executive, her polite 12-year-old son, and two incredibly friendly, well-behaved small dogs (a labradoodle and an 8-pound terrier). We maintain a highly disciplined, clean, smoke-free, and alcohol-free household. We value mutual respect, quiet hours, and a calm lifestyle. Because this is a focused family and professional home, there are no parties and no overnight guests permitted, ensuring you always have a predictable, quiet space to study and rest.
