Mid sized private bedroom with a furnished bed. Half bathroom next to bedroom. 1 roommate will share the other full bathroom/shower with you. Shared areas / amenities include garage gym, overhead storage rack in garage; in-house laundry, living room, kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, fireplace. We have A/C and heat, and bedrooms have ceiling fans. Parking will be street parking but it is usually pretty open and easy to get a spot nearby. No pets, no smoking. Monthly bills are split evenly (utilities/internet/housekeeping). Centrally located next to freeway, shopping, minutes from beach.

We are 2 late twenty year old guys who have known each other for a few years. We are clean, friendly, and easy-going. One of us is in finance that enjoys working out, playing video games, and playing golf. The other works in supply chain and enjoys camping and skiing. We both enjoy an occasional night out.
