Two private, modestly sized rooms available with a private bathroom! The two available rooms are on the first floor, and I occupy the second. The house was built in the 50s and has some quirky features, but the rooms are fairly spacious, have hardwood floors, and small closets. Shared washer and dryer, kitchen, and living room. One of the rooms has a twin bed, a desk, and a large dresser, which can be kept or removed as desired. There is off street parking and the house is located close to a bus stop. There is even a small grocery store and a couple other shops within walking distance. Please excuse me for not posting pictures, I will share them after we get connected.

About the roomies

I am 30 years old, queer (she/they), and neurodivergent. I work full time as a social services provider and often work from home. I enjoy peaceful hobbies and creativity so I spend a lot of my time crocheting, listening to audiobooks, and gardening. I value friendliness and camaraderie in a housemate, but I don’t need to be best friends with the people I live with. I am really looking for someone dependable, who has good payment history, and is willing to share references and a credit report. I am happy to share those things with you in kind. That said, if you want to do a weekly shared meal or movie/game night, I am totally down. It is also very important to me that potential housemates are fairly tidy and can communicate in a respectful and compassionate manner. I also have two cats, and I am not opposed to other pets. Currently, there is one other tenant in the home that will be moving out in September.
