Room for rent with a private bathroom and lots of privacy! The available space is on the first floor, and my room is on the second floor. Shared washer and dryer, kitchen, and living room. The room can be furnished or you can bring your own things. Currently, there is a twin bed, a desk, and a large dresser. There is off street parking and the house is located close to a bus stop. There is even a small grocery store and a couple other shops within walking distance.

There are two occupants currently, but one will be moving out in September. I am hoping to find one other person to move in before then so there will be two ppl living here after September (me and new roomie :D). I am 30 years old and queer (she/they). I often work from home and enjoy peaceful hobbies and creativity. I value friendliness and camaraderie in a housemate, but I don’t need to be best friends with the people I live with. That said, if you want to do a weekly shared meal or movie/game night, I am totally down. I am really looking for someone dependable, who has good payment history. It is also very important to me that potential housemates can communicate in a respectful and compassionate manner. I have two cats, and I am not opposed to other pets.
