Spacious private master bedroom available in a well-maintained condo in The Preserve in Chino, CA (91708). This room features a private bathroom with a stand alone shower and large stand alone tub. Double sinks, and toilet room in addition to a large walk in closet. Rent includes all utilities, we have great internet and keep the house temp at 70. Residents will also enjoy shared access to the fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, garage and pantry with designated space, and tons of community amenities (gym, printing center, pools, jacuzzis etc) and plentiful street parking. There is also a small back patio, and large front patio with seating and plants etc. There is a separate fridge in the garage for additional food storage. The absolute most important aspect of choosing a candidate will be the dynamic between the candidate and the long term tenants.

We understand moves can be costly, we are not asking for a deposit and are happy to do month to month.

My mom Renata has a small neutered, male dog, named Berry. We are open to couples as well as candidates with a small dog so long as they get along with Berry and are also well behaved. We are also open to candidates with a cat so long as the cat is an indoor cat or uses a window for entry/exit as not to have accidental in home encounters with Berry. Garage parking is possible, depending on the size and how many cars. Candidates will need to meet and interview with the tenants, Jahred, Mary, and Renata before any lease agreements are signed.
