Looking for a female roommate to take over my current roommates lease, you would have your own bathroom! I am also open to a couple moving in as my partner frequents my place (but also does have their own place). Place comes with a fireplace, washer and dryer, as well as a back patio and outside storage closet. Chase Village community amenities include 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 gyms, dog park and more! (Would prefer no pets but am OK with a cat!)

I’m sort of Type B in my own space but like to keep common areas clean and tidy, otherwise I’m VERY easygoing within reason!
