Looking for a move-in-ready home with a massive backyard and all the essentials? We have a room opening up in our house at Florida & Sheridan, and we’d love to find the right fit to join us!

The Vibe: We are a laid-back, 420-friendly, and LGBTQ+ inclusive household. The home comes with two very important roommates: a friendly 5-year-old Cattle Dog and a sweet cat. We aren’t looking for more pets at the moment, so you’ll just have these two to keep you company!

The Deets: Rent: $800/month (All utilities included! Water, heat, electric, trash, high-speed internet).

Move-in: June 1st.

Lease: 3-month minimum, then month-to-month flexibility.

Deposit: $850 (fully refundable at move-out).

LGBT male couple, a very nice woman in the downstairs room who is not home very often. A friendly male who lives in the smaller room and cooks fairly often. Everyone’s schedules are different, so we don’t have 2 of us needing the bathroom at 7AM before work. We’re a very friendly group who generally stay to themselves but sometimes eat or cook together. The neighborhood and house are pretty quiet. My dog will greet you every time you enter with a toy. There is a cat who will take some time to warm up but will talk to you.
