Newly renovated property with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property is spacious with living/entertaining areas on the main floor and in the basement which allows tenants to enjoy privacy outside of their bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and enough cabinet space for all tenants to easily store their food.
The property backs up to a reservoir with a walking path that is accessed through a gate in the backyard. Perfectly positioned between Denver and the mountains for a quick escape to the city, slopes, or trails.
None of the bedrooms will have shared walls.
When the home if fully occupied there will be a total of 4 people living in the property. Each person will have their own bathroom. 2 people will be living on the main floor and 2 people will be living in the basement.
All utilities are included with rent.
The property will be professionally cleaned once per month at no additional charge to the tenants.
