About the household: This is a calm, respectful home best suited for someone who values cleanliness, communication, and a peaceful living environment. The house is located in the south Delridge area of West Seattle. Walkable to Westwood Village and Fresh Flours. The house is also very close to the H rapid ride bus stop. Looking for someone financially responsible, considerate of shared spaces, and compatible with a relaxed household vibe.

We are a household of two female healthcare workers. The owner works days and the one roommate currently works night shifts. We are hoping to find another female roommate, single occupancy only.

Month-to-month lease preferred. No smoking inside the home. No drugs.
